Where Have We Been?

Well, as you can see, we're slowly starting to catch up on the huge amount of news updates received over the past two months, still more to come!  Where have we been?  Just taking a little break from Airsoft for a while...  We haven't updated the site since 8th April and there must be at least one hundred news updates to process and place directly in the April and May archives.

We apologise for the lack of updates and hopefully things will be back in order soon.

It's gearing up to be a sizzling-hot summer and it's going to kick-off
with a real bang at this year's Berget 6 game. It's going to be the
biggest airsoft game of the year in Europe and Redwolf Airsoft will be
there with our very technicians for advice, upgrades & repairs, we
will also be giving out some fantastic prizes and run an Airsoft
Practical Shooting Competition. There's something for everyone, so

There are a lot of people who are intrigued to know more about the
Western Arms M4 Magazine, especially as they have only just been
released and that the fact that they aren't that cheap. They are very
good magazines though, we've dissected a magazine in a review and we
show you what you don't know about the WA M4 Magazine:

Open Warfare at Pippingford Park

TA Events takes regular skirmish games to Pippingford Park in East Sussex.

The first game is scheduled for Sunday the 20th July 2008 and is priced at £20 per player.

What is "Open Warfare"?
TA Events Open Warfare games are single day skirmish level events in a fantastic woodlands setting in East Sussex. Located on the A22 and just 15 minutes from the M23, Pippingford Park is very accessible to airsoft players in the south-east of England.

There will be some key difference between the Open Warfare games and a TA Events Big Game event.

Key differences
Open warfare events are basically single day skirmish events with elements of MilSim thrown in.
Players can carry all their spare ammo on them. But only locaps and mids are allowed.
There will not be any strict camo rules. All players can wear whatever suits them but one side will have some form of coloured marker on their right arm.
The day will be broken in to several games vary in length.
There will be no strict command structure.
Games will start at 1000hrs and stop for one hour at 1300hrs. Games will continue at 1400hrs and will end at 1700hrs.
Some game will be set within the Phoenix Rising storyline, but this will not always be the case.

Further Information
For further information about the Open Warfare game days then visit the Open Warfare section on the TA Events website.

Or visit the Open Warfare sub-forum on the TA Events forum.
