Today dEFCONAirsoft is 1 years old.  That's right, on the 24th Sept 2006 dEFCONAirsoft went live and hit your screens.  In this short amount of time we've been through 2 site re-designs, and grown from something rather small, to something, well... much larger.  We pride ourselves on being the internet's fastest growing Airsoft information resource, and we plan to keep it that way.  Over the past 12 months we've accumulated over 61,724 unique visitors and a whopping 1,965,644 hits... The VCR Bill only affects sales of Replica Imitation Firearms (RIF) to UK customers.  The Sale of RIFs will continue to Trade/Film/Theatre/MOD as usual.

'Flecktarn.co.uk has the second update ready for September. We are pleased to introduce a new selection of MOLLE vests and pouches. All new items can be viewed at http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/news.html.

The first new vest we have is the Bulle US MOLLE Cutaway Armour Carrier Vest. This comes with six MOLLE pouches and features a quick release system which may be operated in stages. It also has clips over the shoulder and both left and right sides to enable the vest to be put on and taken off quickly. The armour carrier vest is capable of taking a large 14x12 inch SAPI plate inside front and rear as well as soft body armour panels for front and rear. The interior of the vest is mesh lined for ventilation. The vest and matching pouches are available in CB or Olive colour. Pouches which come with this system are: Velcro ammo pouch, PRC148 MBITR radio pouch, double pistol or SMG mag pouch, CMT medical utility pouch and two adjustable double 5.56 magazine pouches.

The second new vest we have is the Bulle US MOLLE RACV Releasable Armour Carrier Vest. This vest is sold on its own, and is an updated and quick releasable revision of the CIRAS. In an improvement to the CIRAS, the vest is opened at the sides so as not to disturb the pouch setup on the front of the vest. The quick release is concealed for most of its length to prevent accidental operation. The armour carrier vest is capable of taking a large 14x12 inch SAPI plate inside front and rear as well as soft body armour panels front and rear. The interior of the vest is mesh lined for ventilation. The vest is available in CB or OD colour.
