Click and collect is available from our Stoke-on-Trent premises for online orders that are in our Stoke warehouse (but not for items marked as shipped direct from supplier). Please CONTACT US BEFORE COLLECTING your items so we can get your order ready – collection times are between 3pm and 5pm Mon-Fri only. Our offices and warehouse are closed at weekends.
