Spyderco Dragonfly G-10 Foliage Green

The Spyderco Dragonfly is an illustration of how size misrepresents talent. Its diminutive size and innocent-sounding moniker don’t match its superior cutting power.

It begins with high-quality parts like a VG-10 blade and a G-10 foliage green handle. The VG-10 is tooled into a 2-1/4″ long, complete flat-grind blade with a spine cusp sticking out the top, where the thumb will naturally rest to control the cutting edge.

The ergonomically designed G-10 grip makes the knife feel and operate more like a useful tool when being held and used. Even the Spyderco Round Opening Hole’s relationship to the pivot has been adjusted to promote a smooth opening.

With a purposefully flat ledge at the base where the little finger rides as a leverage point, the geometry of the blade and handle creates a sequence of grip angles. Right- or left-handed wire clip carries tip-up or can be used as a money clip.
