Spyderco Grasshopper Stainless

The micro-sized slipjoint folding knives from Spyderco are fully functional, incredibly sharp, and perfectly at home on a keychain. Their Trademark Round Holes are considerably more user-friendly than conventional nail nicks, and their stainless steel handles are the ideal canvas for engraving or other embellishments.

The Grasshopper has a blade that is over two inches long, making it the closest in size to a real penknife. When cutting, the PlainEdge Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade remains open thanks to resistance pressure at the knife’s pivot point. The handles of grasshoppers have chamfered edges rather than squared ones that could bite or dig into a holding hand.

The handle is also made of stainless steel and has a laser-engraved Spyderco bug with enough vacant space for jewellery or other bespoke designs. The handle’s lanyard hole is happy to accept a chain for a keychain.

There is also a stylish all-black finish for the Grasshopper. Durable black oxide coating is included on both the blade and handle, emphasising its straightforward usefulness.
