Description
Built by Action Army, the AAP01 is a Green Gas blowback pistol in the Ruger MKII style, finished in black. The frame is fibre-reinforced polymer and the bolt is metal alloy, with metal internals for the fire-control group. An exposed bolt carries the selector switch, giving safe, semi-automatic and full-automatic settings.
Magazines: the pistol is designed for Action Army AAP01 magazines and Tokyo Marui G-series-spec magazines. The muzzle is threaded 14mm CCW, so suppressors and tracer units with a matching thread can be fitted. Because the frame is polymer and the bolt metal, the externals stay light while metal is retained in the firing mechanism. That mix makes the AAP01 a workable platform for field use, rental fleets and custom builds.
