Description

The GBLS M4A1 Training Weapon features the latest evolution of the GBLS Dynamic Action System (DAS), combining realistic AR-15 operation with the reliability of an electrically powered airsoft rifle. Modelled on the M4A1 carbine used by the US Army, this premium training rifle replicates authentic external dimensions, controls and weapon handling, making it suitable for individual and team training.

Unlike conventional AEG rifles, the GBLS DAS M4A1 uses an electric gearbox to cycle a moving steel bolt carrier group, delivering realistic recoil simulation and gas blowback-style operation without requiring gas propulsion. Its forged aluminium receiver, steel internal components and Cerakote finish provide a durable construction, while functional controls reproduce the manual of arms of a real M4A1.

GBLS Dynamic Action System (DAS)

The GBLS Dynamic Action System was originally developed for military and police training in South Korea before being adapted for the airsoft market. Its electrically driven mechanism combines the operating characteristics of a gas blowback rifle with an AEG power source, delivering realistic bolt movement without relying on compressed gas.

The DAS mechanism reproduces key AR-15 controls, including the charging handle, safety, bolt catch and bolt release. In single-shot-per-cock mode, the bolt can also operate without a battery, while the dedicated dry-fire mode supports handling practice without firing a projectile.

Battery and Accessory Compatibility

The GBLS M4A1 requires a compatible 11.1V LiPo battery, with a 25C discharge rating recommended by the manufacturer. The battery is housed in the stock tube, and the specified battery requirements should be followed to ensure correct operation.

Due to the DAS system’s realistic recoil and moving components, replica optics are not recommended, as recoil may cause them to shift. Compatible real-steel charging handles can be fitted without modification.
