Description
The ST SKS AEG is a full-scale electric airsoft replica of the Soviet semi-automatic carbine, built around a genuine hardwood stock with metal outer components. Mixing real wood with metal gives the rifle the length, weight and balance of the original service firearm, and it is aimed at collectors, World War II and Cold War reenactors, and MILSIM players.
Rather than racking a bolt between shots, the SKS fires semi-automatically from an electric gearbox. The custom metal gearbox is intended to give consistent trigger response and smooth feeding on the skirmish field. Period touches include the metal receiver styling, flip-up iron sights and integrated sling mounts, so the rifle can be slung and carried as the historic carbine was.
