Description
LAYLAX Prometheus Soft AEG Hop Rubber in purple is a hop-up packing and air-seal bucking for standard AEG hop-up assemblies. The soft Shore compound is intended for sub-350 FPS / sub-1.3J builds, and the elastomer is formulated to resist oil and cold while holding its elasticity without swelling.
The bucking has moulded outer ribs and longer sealing lips that meet the loading nozzle, forming a tighter air seal to help reduce leaks and velocity variation. Inside, the contact patch gives 6mm BBs even backspin for a flatter flight path, tighter groupings and a longer effective range.
A matching hop-up tensioner nub is included. This part suits standard skirmish platforms and workshop or retail settings where a consistent soft hop rubber is required.
