Description
The ACM 551 holographic sight is a tan-finished optic with a full metal body. It displays either a red or a green dot, and illumination runs through ten brightness levels, including settings marked NV for night vision use. A multi-fade function is listed alongside the brightness control.
Both dot colours can be selected across the brightness range, so you can pick whichever reads more clearly against the background in front of you. Fitting is handled by a quick release clamp designed for standard 20mm Weaver and Picatinny rails, so the sight can be swapped between platforms without tools. The tan finish coordinates with other tan-coloured furniture. Zero should be rechecked after refitting the unit to a different rail.
