Description
The COLT CAR-15 607 Lightning Series is a gas blowback rifle made by EMG and Cyma on the CGS platform. Its metal receiver is fully licensed by COLT and carries period-correct stamped trademarks in the Vietnam-era Model 607 carbine style. The Cyma Gas System is cross-compatible with Tokyo Marui MWS architecture, opening access to a broad aftermarket and offering the thermal efficiency of that design.
Externally, the rifle has a 3.5-inch moderator muzzle brake, retro handguards and the Model 607 multi-position sliding stock. Inside, a steel bolt carrier group and reinforced trigger assembly produce a crisp, hard-hitting recoil impulse.
