CRKT Minimalist® Cleaver

Anything that has to be chopped is no match for the CRKT Minimalist® Cleaver. These sturdy handles and small fixed-blade neck knives are available in a variety of designs.

The custom knife was created by Melbourne, Florida-based designer and devoted custom knife educator Alan Folts, who has over 20 years of experience. Alan is passionate about educating people about knives as tools and sharing his knowledge of custom knife production.

The false front edge of the 2.1″ high-carbon stainless steel cleaver allows it to safely rip through food packs or garments. The blade has a hole to honour the hanging grip of vintage kitchen cleavers. The polished fibre handle with resin infusion is constructed with deep ergonomic choils for a non-slip grip.

A multipurpose sheath can be used as a neck knife, quickly slipped onto a belt, or fastened to equipment.
