Upgrade your VSR-10 or SSG10 with the SniperMechanic Perseus VSR10 / SSG10 Hop Chamber, a precision CNC aluminium hop-up unit engineered for exceptional air seal, repeatable accuracy and dependable long-range performance. The chamber delivers true Top Dead Centre (TDC) adjustment, therefore hop pressure is applied directly through the centre of the bucking for outstanding shot consistency.

Developed and refined over several years, the Perseus Hop Chamber combines an innovative mounting system with precise tolerances to minimise movement within the rifle. Consequently, it reduces inconsistencies caused by outer barrel flex and rotation while allowing accurate centring of the hop unit relative to the nozzle for improved air seal and BB flight.

• True TDC Adjustment: Direct top-down hop pressure acts on the dedicated nub, thus providing highly consistent contact across the bucking for improved accuracy.
• Micro Click Adjustment: Low-profile external adjustment wheel incorporates a detent mechanism, ensuring precise incremental changes without unwanted movement during use.
• Outstanding Air Seal: Precision machining creates an excellent seal with a wide range of hop buckings, although performance is optimised when paired with the Flamingo bucking.
• Simple Bucking Alignment: The two-piece chamber allows visual confirmation of bucking alignment before final assembly, reducing installation errors.
• Three-Point Chamber Support: Two lower contact points and one upper contact point stabilise the chamber, therefore barrel movement has significantly less effect on shot consistency.

Installation Information

The SniperMechanic Perseus VSR10 / SSG10 Hop Chamber is intended for experienced builders carrying out precision upgrades. Installation requires new holes to be drilled or existing holes enlarged where necessary, whilst compatibility is limited to unbridged inner barrels with a suitably sized hop window.

Care should be taken during assembly, since overtightening the side retention screws can damage the inner barrel. An optional downloadable support sleeve is also available from SniperMechanic to reduce cylinder movement inside the outer barrel, which can further enhance overall consistency.
