Description
The Galaxy G1 is a spring-powered airsoft pistol, offered here with a gold finish that sets it apart from the plain black versions of the same model. Galaxy lists the G1 as a metal pistol, so metal forms part of the construction rather than the whole body being polymer.
It is a manual, single-shot spring design: there is no gas reservoir or battery to fill or charge, and the shooter cocks the pistol by drawing back the slide before each shot. That makes the G1 a self-contained airsoft gun that needs nothing beyond BBs and a safe place to shoot.
Because each shot follows a manual cocking stroke, the G1 suits newcomers learning safe handling, casual target practice and use as a spare sidearm. The gold finish is a cosmetic choice; the mechanism is the straightforward spring system Galaxy fits to this model.
