Description
The ARES Gearbox Bushing (GB-44) is a replacement internal part for ARES gearboxes. It sits in the gearbox shell where a gear shaft passes through, taking the place of a worn or damaged bush when the gearbox is being rebuilt.
The component carries the GB-44 reference, which allows it to be checked against the part coming out of the shell. As an internal part it is fitted inside the gearbox rather than on the outside, so the shell needs to be open for access.
When ordering, compare the GB-44 marking with the bush you are replacing and with the ARES gearbox it is intended for. It is a direct replacement for the original bush. Keep the old part to one side until the new one is fitted so the two can be compared.
