The CL Project x Ares 4″ Combat Version CO2 Revolver APR-005 is a precision-engineered airsoft revolver developed in collaboration with Clarence Lai. This upgraded CO2 revolver reimagines the classic Smith & Wesson Model 686 design, therefore delivering competition-level performance with the reliability of a full metal revolver system.

Built on a robust L-Frame style chassis, the APR-005 provides exceptional durability and realistic handling. The revolver features custom CL Project internal tuning, consequently reducing trigger resistance and enabling faster, more controlled follow-up shots during airsoft skirmishes or target shooting.

This airsoft revolver uses a shell-loading system designed to replicate real revolver operation. Each stainless steel shell houses a single BB, thus improving realism and ensuring consistent gas efficiency with CO2 propulsion.

The Combat Version also integrates a Top Dead Centre (TDC) hop-up system, therefore applying perfectly centred pressure on the BB. As a result, the projectile travels with a flatter trajectory and improved long-range consistency compared with traditional side-adjust hop units.
