Description
The GLOCK G17 Gen5 MOS is a gas blowback airsoft pistol built on GLOCK’s full-size 17 pattern, supplied here as the Umarex version with product reference 2.6563. The Gen5 marking identifies the fifth-generation format, and MOS denotes the optic-ready slide configuration.
Gas blowback operation means the slide cycles under gas pressure with each shot, giving the recoil impulse and trigger reset associated with GBB pistols. The MOS configuration is the one to choose if you intend to fit a slide-mounted optic; those wanting the plain slide should look at the standard G17 variants. Umarex and SRC are both named against this listing, and reference 2.6563 identifies the exact version when comparing it with other G17 models.
