Description
The JG M4 Hop-Up Chamber is a full metal hop-up unit intended for M4-pattern airsoft rifles. It takes the place of the existing chamber in the barrel assembly, holding the hop rubber in position and providing the backspin that stabilises the BB in flight. Its full metal construction makes it an option where the original chamber has been damaged, or where a metal unit is preferred for a build.
Fitting is a bench job rather than a quick swap. The inner barrel, hop rubber and nub are transferred across from the old chamber, so the unit works with the components already fitted to the rifle. As an internal part it is aimed at players and technicians carrying out a repair, a rebuild or a build from parts, who are comfortable stripping the upper receiver and barrel assembly and refitting them afterwards.
