Are you someone who loves an AK? Have you ever had an LCT? You won’t want to put it down. LCT is one of the most praised names on the market for the quality of their externals, which are built to last and look real. The people at LCT are known for making some of the best goods on the market. They do this by paying close attention to detail and using the same manufacturing methods that are used to make real firearms. This means a lot of steel, real wood, and tough paint. All of their work on the AEG is done with the same amount of dedication. Their gearboxes have a longer list of parts that users would normally update to. High-performance, strengthened internal parts make the product much more reliable while still being fully compatible with Tokyo Marui (TM).
The LCKMS is a copy of the AKMS, which was made by the Soviet Izhmash and Tula plants starting in 1959, along with the AKM. Today, the “M” stands for “modernization,” and it refers to the stamped receiver instead of the milled one. This makes it easier to make in large quantities and, at the time, was seen as more high-tech. The curved dust cover is another way to tell it apart. The “S” stands for the stock that folds under. These are the 7.62mm Soviet AK-style firearms that you see most often. Most of the time, when someone says “AK47,” they mean the AKM or the Type 56 AK made in China. LCT has done a great job making a copy of such a famous gun. The steel is strong and heavy, and the quality and finish of the wood are both excellent. There are even cutting marks on the outside of the barrel to show how well the piece was made. If you didn’t take off the dust cover that shows an engine, you might think this is a real AKM. Because it’s a V3 engine, you can add a lot of different upgrades to it if you want to, but it works great right out of the box. LCT also makes almost every type of AK furniture for their weapons, and they make sure that they can work with some real steel parts. 5KU, TWI, and DyTac are some of the other companies that make kits, extras, and furniture for LCT AKs. So you can pretty much make it your own by adding modern rails and decorations.
