Here at Defcon Airsoft, we guarantee to try and match any like-for-like price on any product shown on our online store. We are constantly trying to make sure we are offering our customers the best deals across our website. If however you find a product at a better deal elsewhere we will be more than happy to match the price if we can do so.
We will offer price match for any product that adheres to the following:
- They have the product in stock
- It is a UK based seller that is VAT registered.
- Must not be on sale or be subject to a special offer
- Must not be part of a bundle deal or ex display
We must be able to verify the competitors price via a URL link to the competitors website. We can not verify auction prices, emails or telephone conversations. Special offers and promotions are excluded from our price promise, but we may still be able to make you an offer at our discretion.
We reserve the right to exclude certain websites from our price promise if it is found that they are out of date and they do not carry their current stock or pricing details.
We will always be checking prices but if you do find it cheaper please don’t hesitate to let us know.

We do reserve the right to refuse a price match if the product is listed unrealistically low. This is sometimes due to the retailer clearing old stock or selling below cost price. This is uncommon however it is possible.
We will constantly strive to make sure our customers are getting the best prices we can offer.
